The download does not start
Check that the phone has a working connection and that the browser has opened the next page. Look in Downloads before tapping again; an existing request may already be pending.
Try the current browser tab again after the connection is stable. If the next page shows an error, note the address and message.
The file is missing or incomplete
Open the browser’s Downloads list and the phone’s Downloads folder. Check whether the file is still downloading, paused or marked as failed.
If a transfer failed, retry once on a stable connection. Keep enough storage available and avoid opening the file before the transfer completes.
Android says the app was not installed
Read the full installer message. Check that the file completed, that storage is available and that the package is suitable for your device.
A parse error can occur with an incomplete or incompatible file. An update conflict can involve the package or signing identity. Do not solve it by deleting account data without understanding the effect.
The app closes or remains on its opening screen
Close the app and reopen it once. If the problem remains, restart the phone and check the connection and free storage.
Use an available update notice as your next guide. If you contact support, include the phone model, Android version, time of the issue and the exact behaviour you observed.
The app opens but sign-in fails
Check the sign-in method and account details you normally use. Follow the recovery flow in the app rather than creating a second account to test access.
Ready to open the app?
Start the download, then follow the steps on your Android device.
